Active channel

The Telegram channel you are working on at any moment: the template, the preview, the queue and the automatic publishing you see all belong to it. It is chosen in the Active channel block of the side menu, which appears as soon as you have a second channel. Channels explains it.

Active organization

The organization you are working on when you reach more than one: your own or that of whoever invited you. Everything you see —channels, templates, queue and automatic publishing— belongs to it. It is chosen in the Active organization block of the side menu, which appears as soon as you reach a second one. Collaborators and permissions explains it.

Affiliate rule

The way to put your code in a store's link without using its API: a text before the link, another after it, or both, with one rule per store. When a rule covers the store, the link that is published comes from it, in Amazon and AliExpress too. Stores and affiliation explains it.

Affiliate tag and tracking ID

Your affiliate code on Amazon and AliExpress: the affiliate tag (Partner Tag) of your Amazon Associates account, like your-tag-20, and the tracking ID of your AliExpress Affiliate account, normally default. They are saved with each store's credentials. Amazon and AliExpress explain them; a channel's own ones, A different code per channel.

Bot and control bot

The Telegram bot is the one that publishes your offers in the channels: you create it in @BotFather, the organization's owner saves its token in Settings › Telegram and you make it an administrator of each channel. Channels explains it. The control bot is that same bot when it also serves you in a private chat, to publish from your phone and run the queue and automatic publishing; it is switched on separately, on the same screen. Telegram bot explains it.

Credit

The unit used to pay for reading a product page when it is not read with your own store credentials. The ones included in your plan reset every month and are spent first; the bought balance does not expire. What a credit is spent on and what it is not is explained in Stores and affiliation; the two kinds, in Subscription and credits.

Message template and image template

The message template decides how each offer's text is written —which data goes in, in what order and in what format— and is changed in the Template editor. The image template designs the composite image, the product photo over your background with the prices on top, and is changed in the Image template editor; the free plan publishes the original photo. Each channel has one of each.

Organization and account

The organization is what is shared —its name, its channels, the bot, the store credentials, the plan and the people who work in it—; yours is created with your account, and you can also work in those of whoever invites you. The account is only your access —your user, your email, your password, your linked accounts and your language—: it is in My account and goes with you into all of them. Access and account and Collaborators and permissions explain them.

Owner, manager and operator

The owner created the organization and is the only one who handles the bot, the store credentials, which channels exist, who works in it and the plan. The collaborators they invite come in at one of two levels: a manager reaches the application and the shared settings —Channels, Message, Affiliates and Region—; an operator, only the application, Subscription and My account. Collaborators and permissions explains it.

Publication

Each arrival of a message in a channel, which is what the plan's monthly limit counts: a message sent to three channels is three publications, wherever it comes from. The month's publications explains it.

Queue

A channel's list of messages waiting their turn to go out to Telegram, one by one and in the order they came in, with the channel's frequency and resting hours. From the Solo plan it sends on its own; on the free plan it keeps the messages and you publish them yourself with Publish now. Publication queue explains it.

Retail price

The price the product was sold at before the discount (in Spain, the PVP). It is optional, cannot be lower than the current price and, when it is there, the factory template shows the price struck through and the discount. Create offer explains it.

Search profile

What automatic publishing searches for on your behalf: a store, a text or a category, filters such as price or discount, excluded words and the channels it publishes to. It belongs to the organization and can feed several channels, each with its own progress. Automatic publishing explains it.
