What happens at each point of your subscription.

Moving up a plan
Instantly. You pay the prorated difference for the period and the additional credits are added right away.
Moving down a plan
At the end of the paid period. We will let you know which channels and collaborators exceed the limits, and you can cancel the downgrade until that date.
What no longer fits
Channels are archived with their template, queue and profiles. Collaborators keep their assigned role but temporarily lose access.
Cancel
No commitment, from the subscription panel. You keep the plan until the end of the period and then move to the free plan.
Switching to annual
Applies today: the year is charged minus the prorated part of the current month. Switching back to monthly billing takes effect when the paid year ends.
If a payment fails
3 days of grace with an email notice. If it is not resolved, you move to the free plan without losing your data.
Withdrawal
14-day window, via the form or any clear message. The prorated portion of used service is deducted; for extra credit packs, unused credits are refunded.
Payment and invoices
Payment is made by card. You get an invoice with every fee or credit purchase. If you are a business in another European Union country and provide your intra-community VAT number, the invoice is issued without Spanish VAT under the reverse charge.

Does publishing spend credits?

No. Publishing, from the queue too, spends nothing. Credits are spent when a product page is read —normally one, and a few more in the stores that cost more to read—, whether or not the product is found, and they only come back if the reading never takes place. Amazon and AliExpress spend none when they are read with your affiliate credentials.

Do unused credits roll over?

The ones included in the plan reset every month. The balance you buy never expires.

On an annual plan, do I get the credits all at once?

No: they reset every month, on the same day of the month your annual plan started.

What happens if I run out of credits before they reset?

Your channel does not stop: publishing, from the queue too, spends no credits. What pauses until they reset is reading the product pages that spend them; Amazon and AliExpress keep working with your affiliate credentials. With a paid plan you can buy extra credit packs whenever you like, without changing plan.

What is the minimum interval between publications?

The shortest time there can be between two queued offers in the same channel. On Agencia, one offer every 10 minutes.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card.

Can I cancel or change plan whenever I want?

Yes, whenever you like and with no minimum term, from Subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and on that day you move to the free plan: whatever does not fit in it — channels, people, affiliate rules — is archived, suspended or turned off, without being deleted, and purchased balance is kept until you return to a paid plan.

Who can change the organization's plan?

Only the owner. Collaborators can see the plan but cannot change it.

Do discount codes work on credit balance?

No: they apply to the plan fee and add-ons, never to credit packs. Only one code at a time.
