Home

Home is the first screen you see when you sign in and the first entry in the side menu. It sums up your organization at a glance: whether everything is going well, what needs your attention and what has gone out. What it shows is the latest that was checked, published or charged. If your access is limited to some channels, on Home and in Published posts you only see what belongs to those channels.

On this page

In the header are Create offer and, on the plans that have a queue, View the queue.

A newly created organization

While the bot or the first channel is missing and you have not published anything yet, instead of Create offer there is Read the manual, and instead of the verdict you will see the three steps of the setup assistant and the button to start it, next to the Your first offer card and the notice to confirm the email if it is pending. If something about the payment needs your attention — a charge that did not go through, a payment not completed — its row appears too, below the steps. If the bot stops working later on, Home stays as it is and tells you in a row of the verdict.

  1. The verdict: “All set”, or what needs your attention, with Check now.
  2. The cards: Publication queue, Automatic publishing and Plan and usage.
  3. Channels: each one with its status and when it publishes.
  4. What has already gone out this month, day by day.
  5. Create offer and View the queue, in the header.

The verdict

At the very top, one of two:

  • All set, with the why: how many channels can publish, what is connected and when it was last checked (“All 3 channels can publish · Telegram and Amazon connected · checked 12 minutes ago”).
  • Needs your attention, with how many blocks and warnings there are and one row per cause —first what stops publishing, then the warnings— and at most four rows. If there are more, “And N more warnings” leads to Settings.

Each row says what is happening and what it affects, and carries a button to the place where it is fixed. If that place is not yours —the bot, for example, is only changed by the owner—, the row says “Whoever administers the organization fixes it” instead of the button.

Check now asks Telegram again whether the bot can publish in your channels, just as in Channels, and returns to Home with the result. It only appears when there is a saved bot and at least one channel.

What stops publishing (in red):

Row What it means Button
Confirm the email to publish The owner has not confirmed their email: nothing goes out, neither by hand nor from the queue. Resend the email
The last charge could not be made The bank rejected the fee or asks you to authorize it. You keep the plan until the date it gives; after that the organization moves to the free plan. Resolve the payment
This month's publications are used up You have reached the monthly limit of publications: nothing goes out until the 1st. See the plans
You have no channel to post in Without a channel nothing goes out. Create channel
No bot is connected / Telegram rejects the bot The token is missing, or Telegram does not accept the saved one. Connect the bot / Check the bot
“Channel” cannot publish The bot is no longer an administrator, has no permission to post or is not in the channel; it says how many messages are waiting. Check the channel
Amazon (or AliExpress) rejects the credentials The search profiles of that store cannot search. Check Amazon

The warnings (in amber):

Row What it means Button
N channels not checked Telegram did not answer in the last check. See the channels
The region and time zone are still to be confirmed The last step of the initial setup. Confirm
The payment was not finished The bank never got to authorize it; you stay on the free plan. Finish the payment
The automatic recharge could not be charged Purchased credits are not topped up until it is sorted out. Check the recharge
N inactive affiliate rules Their store stopped being active: the links of those rules go out without commission. Review
The subscription is cancelled on … After that the organization moves to the free plan, without deleting anything. See the subscription

The cards

Card What it says
Publication queue How many messages are waiting and in how many channels, when the next one goes out (“The next one goes out today at 18:30”) and when it empties. If something stops anything from going out, it says so here, with a Stopped or Paused chip; and if a channel with messages has its queue paused, it says how many are waiting in it before the time the others empty. With the queue empty it reminds you that automatic publishing fills the gaps.
Automatic publishing How many search profiles are searching and why the rest are not: used up until an hour, or without access to a store. Active, Stopped or Off chips.
Plan and usage Your plan and a bar for each limit it has: publications in the month, credits spent, channels and people. The bar turns amber when that limit stops you going on: publications or credits used up. And, at this pace, whether the credits last until they reset (“At this pace the plan's credits run out on Oct 24, before they reset on Nov 3”).
Upcoming publications The next five from all your channels, with time, photo, title, store, discount, who queued it and the channel. Those that go out at the same time in several channels are in a single row that unfolds. Those that are not going to go out —stopped channel, paused queue— go at the end, dimmed, with the reason. It only appears with something in the queue.
Channels Each channel with its status and when it publishes: “18:30 · every 45 min”, “Queue paused”, “Stopped · the bot is not an administrator”, “Not checked”. With more than five, how many publish, the exceptions and the ones waiting the longest.
Published posts A bar for each day of the month, how much was automatic and how much by hand, how much has gone out today and who has published.

On the free plan, the queue and automatic publishing send nothing on their own: their cards explain what they do and from which plan they are included (“With Solo”), with a link to the plans page. Each channel says “Publishes by hand” instead of its pace and of what it has in the queue.

Published posts

View published posts, in the last card, opens the list of everything that has reached a channel, most recent first and fifty at a time. The link appears as soon as something has been published; until nothing has, the card says “Your published posts will appear here”.

Each row says the channel, the time, who sent it or whether it was automatic publishing, where it went out from —Create offer, Publication queue, Automatic publishing, Manual handling or Telegram bot— and carries the View on Telegram button, which opens the message in the channel.

At the top it says how many there are. To reach something from weeks ago, filter by Month —only those with publications appear— or by Channel, if you have more than one.

It is recorded from the day Home arrived: what was published before does not appear.

The menu

The side menu takes you from one section to another. On a wide window it is always in view, on the left; on a narrow one, a tap away, as On a narrow screen explains. Top to bottom:

  • Logo and name: they lead to Codingram's public home page. To come back to the application, press Open app at the top right.
  • Active organization, only if you work in more than one: the one that governs everything else, channels included. Collaborators and permissions explains it.
  • Active channel, only if you have more than one channel: the active channel is the one used by Create offer, the two editors, the queue and automatic publishing. A channel missing its Telegram ID carries the note “no ID”. Channels explains it.
  • The sections: Home, Create offer, Template editor, Image template editor, Publication queue and Automatic publishing; and after a line, Support, Manual, What's new and Settings. With technical administration permissions you will also see Admin.
  • At the foot, the theme and Sign out.

The section you are in is marked; “Published posts” counts as part of Home.

The theme. The row says the one you see —Dark theme or Light theme— and pressing it switches to the other. Until you change it for the first time, the application follows your system's theme, even if it changes mid-session; from then on your choice is saved in that browser, so on another device it may look different.

What is only yours —the email, the password, the language— is in Settings › My account; each person's language is explained in Access and account.

Support, Manual and What's new

  • Support opens your tickets, to write when something does not work or you cannot find how to do something. Next to Support, a number says how many of your tickets have a reply you have not read yet. Support explains it.
  • Manual is this. The search finds sections, not just chapters: type a few words, even without accents, and press a result to open the chapter right at that section. It can also be read without an account: when you press a section's title, its link stays in the browser's bar, ready to share. It opens in your language, the one you choose in My account › Language or, without an account, in Language, at the foot; a page not yet translated comes out in Spanish. Help for each screen is the button next to a screen's name: it shows the manual sections that explain it. Each one opens in a new tab, so you do not lose anything you have not saved. On the screens that have a guided tour —Create offer, the two editors, the Publication queue, Automatic publishing and its Manual handling, Channels and Affiliates— it also offers Repeat the tour, which starts it again.
  • What's new tells what has changed in each version; All versions lists them with their date. A fix release is read alongside the one it fixes: when you open 1.3.1 you see its changes and, below them, those of 1.3.0. Next to What's new, a number says how many versions have come out since the last time you opened them, and it clears when you open them. It can also be read without an account, from What's new in the website's footer.

On a narrow screen

When the window has no room for the menu and the content at once, the menu waits off-screen, on the left. The button at the top left, next to the screen's name, brings it out, and when you open it the active organization and channel are at the very top.

To close it, press outside the menu, the same button, or Escape. Choosing a section closes it by itself.

Opening the menu on mobile and choosing a section

On the screens you reach from another one —a Settings section, a ticket or the one for opening a new one, the manual handling of a profile and “Published posts”— that spot belongs to the back arrow, which takes you to the screen you came from; the menu opens from there, one tap away.

Keyboard and reduced motion

Keyboard and accessibility

  • The first jump with the tab key is Skip to content, so you do not have to go through the menu every time.
  • When you open the menu on a narrow screen, focus goes into it; when you close it, focus returns to the button that opened it.
  • If you have asked your system to reduce motion, the menu opens and closes without animation.
  • Dialog windows close with Escape.
