Getting started

Where do I start?

With Getting started, where you have the steps from creating the Telegram channel and bot, or linking the WhatsApp number, to publishing your first offer. In the application, Home includes the setup assistant to connect the bot or the number, create the first channel and confirm the region. To publish, the owner also needs to have a confirmed email, as Access and account explains. The Amazon and AliExpress credentials are added afterwards, in Stores and affiliation, when you have them.

How do I create a Telegram bot?

Open Telegram, look for @BotFather and send it /newbot. It asks for a name and an alias and, when it is done, gives you the token, which you paste into the assistant or into Settings › Connections. Getting started explains it step by step.

Do I have to add the bot as an administrator of the channel?

Yes. In the channel settings in Telegram, go to Administrators, add your bot and leave the Post messages permission ticked; it is the only one it needs. The bot is the same for the whole organization, so repeat this step in every channel you add. Getting started explains it step by step. When you connect the channel, the application tells you whether the bot can publish and, if not, what it is missing: Channels explains it.

Can I use a different bot for each channel?

No. The bot token belongs to the organization and every one of your channels shares it. Channels explains it.

Publishing

What spends a credit?

Reading a product page without your store credentials: usually 20 credits, a few more for the most complex stores, and nothing on Amazon and AliExpress with your credentials. Publishing, queueing and searching do not spend. Stores and affiliation explains it.

Yes. If there is no affiliate rule and no store credentials, an amber notice appears under the link: “This link will go out without your affiliate code”. You can publish anyway; the link goes as it is. For it to carry your code, create a rule in Stores and affiliation or, for Amazon and AliExpress, enter your credentials and press Extract data.

Because no affiliate rule covers that store and, if it is Amazon or AliExpress, the link was typed by hand or is shortened: the code is only added when you press Extract data. Create offer explains it, and the other causes, Troubleshooting.

Why does my image not appear?

If the offer had no Image URL —the store did not give one when the page was read, or the field was left empty—, the message goes out as text, with no photo and no composed image. Paste the photo's link into that field, starting with https://, and the preview will show it above the text. Image editor explains it.

If the Image URL does not load, the preview shows a warning below the field: make sure you paste the direct link to the image file rather than the web page address. If you expect to see the composed image from the image editor, keep in mind that the free plan publishes the original photo even if the preview shows the composed one. In addition, Amazon offers are published with their original photo if the channel has Original photo on Amazon turned on. For more details, see Create offer.

The message status says there are too many characters. Can I publish anyway?

No: the system rejects the send and tells you how many characters are over. On a Telegram channel the limits are 1024 characters if the message carries an image and 4096 if it is text only; on a WhatsApp one they are 4096, with or without an image (what changes on WhatsApp). On Telegram only the visible text counts: formatting and link addresses take no space. To fix it, shorten the title or the description, or remove the photo if the text is long. There are more details in Create offer.

Is what I type in Create offer saved?

Yes, in that browser tab, for seven days. If you reload or come back later, the form appears as you left it, with the notice “We have brought back what you were writing”. Clear and a successful send erase it. Create offer explains it.

Can I publish to several channels?

From Creator

Yes, with the Send to several channels button in Create offer, on the Creator and Agency plans; channels are created in Settings › Channels. How the send works is explained in Create offer.

Can I publish on WhatsApp or X?

Yes, you can publish to a WhatsApp channel on every plan, the free one included. You link a phone number and publish to the WhatsApp channels it administers, just like any other of your channels. We recommend using a number separate from your usual one and leaving it as the channel's administrator rather than the owner, although it is not mandatory. It is an unofficial route because WhatsApp offers none for channels: there is a possibility that the number gets blocked, although that rarely happens. On the free plan, 30 days without publishing on WhatsApp unlink the number; we warn you by email 7 days before and your channels stay. You will find all the details in WhatsApp.

To share somewhere else (such as a WhatsApp group, X or any other application), use Share in the header of Create offer. This option moves the message, together with the image if the template generates one, to the share menu of your phone or browser. The button only appears if the browser has that menu, which is usual on phones and in some desktop browsers. There are more details in Create offer.

I have reached the month's publications limit

The free plan and Solo have a cap on publications a month, which the pricing page gives; Creator and Agency have no cap. One publication is counted for each channel a message reaches. They reset on the 1st. Meanwhile you can leave offers in the queue: on Solo they will go out on their own when the month begins; on the free plan, which publishes by hand, they wait for you to publish them with Publish now. The month's publications explains it.

The queue

In what order are queued messages sent?

In the order they came in: first in, first out. The queue shows them as a schedule, with the time each one's turn comes. Publication queue explains it.

I activated the queue but nothing is published. Why?

The queue screen says so at the very top when something stops it; if there is no notice, check that the queue is Active, that the current time is not within the Resting hours and that the Frequency has passed since the channel's last publication. Troubleshooting explains all the causes, in order.

Can I publish a queued message without waiting for its turn?

Yes. Press the row to select it and, in the bar that appears at the bottom, Publish now. The message goes out at once and is removed from the queue. Publication queue explains it.

Templates

Can I have several templates saved?

Each channel has its own template, so with several channels you already have several live templates at once. Within one channel there is only one, but you can export the saved one with Export template (it downloads as a JSON file) and import it later by pasting its content into Import template. Template editor explains it.

I loaded a predefined template by mistake. How do I get mine back?

If you have not pressed Save yet, press Discard in the header: the template goes back to how it was saved. If you already saved it, import it from the copy you exported; with no copy, you will have to rebuild it. That is why you should export before experimenting. Template editor explains it.

The application

I have forgotten my password

On the sign-in screen, unfold Sign in with username and password and press Forgot your password?: you get a link to choose a new one. What to do if it does not arrive is explained in Access and account.

How do I know there is a new version?

The What's new section in the side menu carries a number with the versions that have come out since the last time you opened it. Inside is what changes in each one. Home explains it.

It warns me about “Unsaved changes” when leaving

You have changed something on that screen and have not pressed Save. Keep editing leaves you where you were; Leave without saving loses what was changed. Settings explains it.
