Added

• You can have multiple organizations: from Settings › Organization, press Create organization to open another paid one, with its own plan, channels, credits, and invoices.
• If an extra organization stops paying, it becomes frozen: it stops publishing, but keeps all its content. It works again once you pay and never moves to the free plan.
• You can press Leave on an organization where you collaborate, and delete an extra one you own after opening it with Enter from its row. The primary one is marked Primary. As long as you have extra organizations, you cannot delete your account: a button for each one takes you to delete them one by one.
• Invoices now state which organization they belong to.

Fixes

• On Home, subscription end dates show the year if it is not the current one, so an annual plan doesn't look like it ends tomorrow.
